Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Non-initiation of Project: If we have not started the project as per the agreed-upon timeline without a valid reason.
Service Incompletion: If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the project according to the agreed scope of work.
Client Cancellation: If the client decides to cancel the project within a specified timeframe (refer to Section 4 for details), subject to any deductions for costs already incurred.
Within 48 Hours of Payment
If you cancel the project within 48 hours of making the payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, any third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration) already incurred on your behalf will be deducted.
After 48 Hours and Before Project Initiation
If you cancel the project after 48 hours but before any substantial work has begun, a partial refund may be granted. This refund will be calculated after deducting administrative and processing fees.
After Substantial Work Commences
If cancellation is requested after significant portions of the project have been completed (as determined by milestones or deliverables), the refund amount will be proportionate to the work already completed and resources spent.
Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered, including but not limited to:
Customized or bespoke designs and development work
Domain name registration, SSL certificates, and any third-party tools purchased
Digital marketing campaigns where budget and efforts have already been allocated
Completed project deliverables that have been approved by the client
Maintenance and support services already rendered
We aim to ensure client satisfaction by offering reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope:
Minor Revisions: Small changes in layout, color schemes, or content replacement within the original scope.
Major Revisions: Significant changes or additional functionalities not covered in the original scope may incur extra charges.
Revision Requests: Must be made within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. Additional revisions or corrections requested beyond this period may be charged.

Evaluation: Our team will review the request, project status, and any applicable terms.
Approval and Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days and credited using the original payment method or another agreed form of payment.
Delays due to Client: Refunds are not provided for project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), refunds or project timeline adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We may purchase third-party services or tools (e.g., domain registration, hosting, plugins, software licenses) on your behalf. The refund policies of these third parties will apply in addition to our own. Any refunds related to these services are subject to the third party’s terms and conditions.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation and mediation. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
